We strongly feel that the festival achieves its goal in closing the gaps between the cultural communities by giving its guests collaboration and networking opportunities, and joining forces to create a high-quality performance for a diverse audience.

The Successful Woman Council has a successful history of collaboration with the Ave Choir Toronto, including participation in the Sol Multicultural Music Festival (in 2023 as guest performers, by providing volunteer support, assistance with marketing and advertising).
We are enthusiastic about partnering with the Ave Choir in 2025 to contribute to the Sol Multicultural Music Festival, scheduled for May 2025 in Toronto.
As part of this collaboration, we propose to undertake the following activities:
• Organizing performances by local groups and performers in senior home (North York Community Housing and community center – Bernard Betel, Earl Bales Community Centre).
• Conducting workshops on music and singing for diverse community groups, such as (Chinese, Ukrainian, Russian, Belorussian, Georgian and Jewish).
• Presenting a lectures:
– Canadian music
– the history of folk costume design for different communities
• Bringing international music groups, from New York and Washington to enrich the festival’s global appeal.
We are committed to continuing our support for the Sol Multicultural Music Festival, helping to bring music and singing to our communities. Through initiatives like this, we aim to connect people through the arts, inspire creativity, and celebrate cultures that make up the city of Toronto a great place to live.
We also resonate deeply with the festival’s belief that “music has the power to transcend cultural boundaries, unite people from different backgrounds, and celebrate diversity.
This philosophy underpins our commitment to this partnership.
